To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules:
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times. If you need any adjustments, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
2. No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
3. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the evening hours. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
4. Cleanliness: While we don’t expect you to clean the property upon departure, we do ask that you leave it in a tidy condition. Please dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and please clean up any spills promptly.
5. Pets: Pets are allowed with prior agreement.
6. Damage: We understand that accidents happen, but please let us know if anything gets broken or damaged during your stay so we can address it as soon as possible.
7. Key and Security: Please lock the doors and windows when leaving the property for your safety and to secure the property.
8. Maximum Occupancy: The property is to be used only by the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. If you’re expecting additional visitors, please contact us in advance.
9. Use of Facilities: Feel free to enjoy all the amenities the property offers, but we kindly ask that you use them responsibly. If you encounter any issues, let us know right away so we can resolve them.
10. Departure: Upon checkout, please ensure you take all your personal belongings and leave the keys in the agreed location.
