Our property has been lovingly renovated and furnished to create the perfect place to stay for our guests.

The property has two bedrooms and sleeps up to seven guests which is ideal for group reservations, work stays and family breaks.

The property is conveniently based a 10 minute drive from the A1 and M62 motorways which provides easy access to all towns and cities across West and South Yorkshire.

The property has free parking to the front and rear!

The space

The property is a quaint mid-terrace property built during the industrial era.

The property benefits from high ceilings throughout which makes the property feel spacious and comfortable.

The property has a traditional layout typical of the local area.The spacious kitchen and homely living room are both located on the ground floor of the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essential items including a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a dining area in the kitchen with four chairs. There are an additional two stools situated at the breakfast bar area. The area is open, well lit and provides access to the rear yard.

The living room is a comfortable space with two sofas, a coffee table and a smart television with stand. One of the sofas can be adapted to make a double sofa bed.

There are two bedrooms upstairs which have both been newly furnished. The main bedroom has a double bed, single bed, dressing table with stool, two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.The second bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.

There is a storage cupboard in the main bedroom which can be used for storing items.

The bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower, sink and toilet. There are fittings provided to hang both a hand towel and bath towel in the bathroom.

All of the rooms in the property benefit from a central heating system.

A high speed fibre WiFi system is included at the property.

There are smoke detectors throughout the property, a carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen where the boiler is located, a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen and emergency lighting on the staircase.

There is a yard to the rear of the property which is fenced and gated.

Guest access

Our guests have access to the entire property and all areas of the property are maintained to a good standard.

The property is initially accessed via the key safe at the rear of the property at the side of the door.The code for the key safe is provided prior to check in.

We have a no smoking policy inside the property but guests are welcome to smoke outside in the rear yard.
